Are your kids interested in playing some more baseball this summer? Have you seen the movie The Sandlot?  

 

We're organizing a FREE informal baseball playing opportunity for boys and girls called "Sandlot Fun Days." Check out this link and video for some additional insight:

This is an opportunity for anyone from the Majors and AAA divisions to get together and play some baseball. This is true sandlot play where kids can be kids and just have some fun playing ball. There's no coaches or umpires (though there will be adult supervision), no set teams, and the kids can make up and change the rules as they like. The league will provide equipment and players will still be required to follow general safety guidelines. 

 

Details:

- Location: Perry Field (We can also use Russo (adjacent field) if there's enough players for 2 fields)

- Dates: Sundays, starting June 19 to mid August (no games July 3)

- Time: 3-5pm

 

All players will be required to sign in when they get there, however there's no need to reply and confirm attendance. Just show up and play.
